Our core expertise lies in weathertight design and both laboratory and on-site performance testing of window joinery and building façades. We also provide building surveys focused on weathertightness and timber decay, helping property owners maintain safe, durable structures.
In addition, AFS offers surveying services for marine structures such as wharves, jetties, piers, and boatsheds—not vessels—ensuring the integrity and safety of waterfront assets.
