All Facade Services is a small consultancy firm and IANZ accredited test laboratory specialising in all aspects of building design, construction and construction quality assurance management.
With offices in Auckland and Wellington, our goal is to provide cost effective solutions to help the construction industry design, build and test better building façade solutions from initial conception to client handover.
At AFS our specialist area is weathertight design and laboratory and onsite performance testing of window joinery and building facades but, regardless of whether you want us to test the performance of your windows or prepare remedial designs for your apartment building, you will receive personal attention throughout the engagement and can expect the highest level of service.
Darryl is the founder of the company and brings over 45 years’ experience in all aspects of the construction industry. He is an experienced Project Director/Manager with a background in all phases of project delivery within the construction industry. He has been a Tutor and Assessor of the National Certificates for Carpentry, Leading Hand and has provided Remediation and Contract Administration training for NZIBS as a component of the New Zealand Building Surveying qualification.
Over the span of his career, Darryl has been involved in all aspects of the construction, remedial design, Project Management and contract administration of numerous residential and commercial projects ranging from standalone residential dwellings to multi-unit/multi-storey buildings. Darryl is also an IANZ accredited signatory for testing to a range of national and international Standards dealing with building performance and weathertightness.
